HR OPS Intern (6 Months Internship/Industrial Training)

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for handling all the HR Operations for our people across the world. As Intern Student, you’ll have an opportunity to experience collaboration and dialogue with numerous stakeholders across the entire organisation, along with your other colleagues in Business Services.

You’ll be part of Global People Services APAC where you, together with your colleagues, will support the activities of People Operations, transition activities across business unit to ensure compliance with standardised processes, and support the P&C team in delivering excellent people services.

You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting HR Operations (letter issuance, onboarding and offboarding)
- developing effective communication with the relevant stakeholders
- assisting and becoming champion in People Operations
- responding to any HR-related questions via multi-channels such as ServiceNow
- maintaining a high level of data accuracy
To succeed in the role, you:
- currently pursuing a degree in any discipline
- have good command of English, both written and spoken
- eager to learn in actual experience or knowledge of working in the HR Shared Services environment
- able to perform a minimum 6 month internship placement
