Web Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll be part of the greater Global Marketing department and be responsible for effective development, optimization, and operations of our global web portfolio and play an important part in making our websites best in class. Your role will contribute to the management of our 60+ websites, ensuring consistency, brand and content alignment, and an enhanced user journey across our sites.

 

Welcome to Digital Enablement & Martech
You’ll be part of Global Web, SEO and Analytics team where you will work with other Web Specialists, SEO Specialist and Data Analyst who are based in Poland. Your day-to-day tasks consist of building new sites and landing pages as well as optimizing user journeys and web performance. You will be working with team members and different stakeholders from all around the world. Your team will be in close alignment with our product owners and developers to create new web functionalities.

As a team, we have a collaborative approach to our tasks, and we nurture an atmosphere of respect for each other’s competencies.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • driving and supporting business-critical web updates, including campaign page execution and updates across market and project-specific sites
  • supporting senior web specialists in their tasks and working closely with web analytics expert
  • working in our content management system (Sitecore)
  • guiding and consulting stakeholders on UX, web best practice and governance
  • producing engaging online experiences for our key audiences based on insights, data, and analysis
  • optimising SEO across all sites in cooperation with SEO experts, and supporting email marketing activities.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are fluent in English, both written and oral
  • have interest in websites, digital marketing, SEO, and user experience (UX)
  • you know how CMS works and potentially have some experience in using one
  • have eagerness to learn and develop in the field of web marketing
  • excel in communication, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide
  • are diligent, reliable and have a keen eye for detail.
