Job Title: Senior Implementation Specialist

Duties:
- Lead the delivery of the complex process and system implementation in Operations’ Asset renewable energy projects.
- Guide Global Operations or a regional cluster of operations and maintenance (O&M) sites in building a maintenance excellence culture, including providing training, coaching, and mentoring in O&M systems and processes.
- Drive the development of the Asset Project process and system implementation workstream to optimize the implementation by automating and adapting the Maintenance Excellence module-based training to these projects.
- Recruit skilled members to Advanced User Networks from the O&M teams located at each site in the regional support functions and lead the networks.
- Develop and maintain Maintenance Excellence training material as new products and features in existing products are developed.
- Collaborate with Global Operations in maturing new regions with best practices on O&M from a system and process perspective.
- Develop knowledge of best practices within Maintenance Excellence processes to support and coach the team and stakeholders.
- Support projects in Operations as an implementation specialist.
- Requires up to 25% domestic and 10% international travel.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in job offered or as a supervisor, planner, or scheduler for offshore windfarms.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and experience in wind turbine operations, O&M processes, corrective or preventive maintenance, leading complex business projects, facilitating workshops, and liaising with end users about technical issues.
