As a team, we are driven by specialists who handle a wide range of employee-related tasks. In our team, we have an informal tone, like to smile and laugh, and take pride in lifting each other up as a group.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Participating in projects across our areas of responsibility, such as policy implementation, local agreement negotiations, and larger legal projects including AI HR optimization projects
- Supporting continuous improvement projects towards standardized and efficient solutions as well as helping develop internal procedures for workflows and governance
- Providing advice to the business on employee matters
- Playing an active role in annual employee processes such as salary negotiations
- Supporting others (Global People Services, HRBPs, Managers) with ad-hoc inquiries
- Participating in various projects in collaboration with our HR Legal Advisors and Total Rewards Specialist.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have previous experience from an HR generalist role or similar, particularly with practical experience in employee matters and with running HR projects
- Have good collaboration skills and a quality-oriented and service-minded approach, focusing on translating personnel issues into concrete solutions, procedures, and guidelines
- Have good skills in using systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and the entire MS Office package
- Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Are very structured and detail-oriented when the task requires it.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
