Offshore Supervisor for Jack up and Heavy Lifts

Join us in this role where you’ll be a specialised heavy lift offshore supervisor, completing all aspects of major component exchanges and working on our assets across all of Europe.

Welcome to Jack-up & Heavy Lifting Solutions Execution
You’ll be part of our Jack-up & Heavy Lifting Solutions team where you, together with your colleagues, will form a competent and specialised workforce supporting Offshore Operations by performing major component exchanges across all wind farms in region Europe. You’ll be working closely with JUHLS project managers, offshore management, and other teams within the area of generation projects and campaigns. As a team, we deliver safe, flexible, efficient, and cost optimised, high quality operation.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • understanding how jack-up vessel operations work as the main point of contact offshore, completing the DPR and feedback on the performance of the execution
  • coordinating and planning all offshore resources and logistics, such as people, tools, and spare
  • developing a passion for working in a strong multi skilled team
  • leading by example and delivering a strong QHSE culture and behaviours, e.g., through toolbox talks, pre shift briefs, and safety workshops
  • adhering to the risk assessments and method statements guidance and creating workshops to continuously improve RAMS and work instructions
  • reducing lost production factor downtime to our assets in all of Europe.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong experience in jack-up vessel, heavy lifting, operations, and main component exchange as well as great experience with supervising and leading teams
  • have experience in offshore wind, where being an authorised technician will be an advantage
  • possess full in date GWO certifications and Offshore Medical requirements, having HUET would be an advantage
  • are flexible to work in our location and shift pattern, involving day and night on rotations
  • have great knowledge and experience in developing and reviewing task specific method statements and risk assessments with LOLER competences, where CPCS blue card lift supervisor would be an advantage.
  • have strong communication in English, both spoken and written while being competent in working with Microsoft Office, a strong working knowledge of SAP management system.
