Senior Compliance Manager

Imagine a future where you'll help driving the green transition in the Oil & Gas industry by supporting QHSE compliance culture across our organisation

 

Join us in this role where you’ll lead key compliance initiatives, develop and implement audit programmes, and conduct audits in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders as well as represent the organisation during external audits. One of your key areas will be to maintain a close dialogue with authorities to ensure compliance. On day-to-day basis, you will join a diverse team working across two locations and you can expect some travel activities to other sites and offices (app. 2-4 days monthly).

 

Welcome to Bioenergy & Infrastructure Assets
You’ll be part of Asset Excellence Department where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of Business Enabling and a big team that sits across two locations in Denmark and that covers three operational sites. Together with your colleagues, you will help shape our cross-functional approach for the Infrastructure Assets business, collaborating across Operations, Asset Owner, and Commercial teams. Furthermore, you will, alongside your skilled and dedicated colleagues, shape and develop our compliance culture. You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading compliance activities and ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements and stakeholders
  • developing, implementing, and improving our audit programme and methodologies
  • conducting audits and management reviews to assess compliance and identify risks.
  • liaising with authorities and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance
  • collaborating with our stakeholders on compliance matters and best practices
  • supporting training and knowledge sharing within compliance and audit.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a positive mindset and a "go-do" attitude and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and are reckoned as approachable
  • possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and engage effectively across all levels of the organization
  • are fluent in Danish and English as you will be working with a variety of stakeholders
  • have experience with audits, audit programmes and/or conducting management reviews and similar activities
  • possess knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 (relevant experience in working with those standards will be prioritised)
  • have preferably, but not necessarily, experience with authority contact or other relevant experience from the Oil & Gas industry.
