The Graduate journey 
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions. 


You’ll be part of North America Procurement and work in various rotations, including supply chain development and sourcing. You’ll be part of a growing team, where you together with your colleagues, will work collaboratively with various departments across the organization. 


You’ll play an important role in: 

  • developing a new supply chain in the U.S. for offshore wind 

  • handling contract management tasks, such as reporting, coordinating, and follow-up 

  • participating in and conducting competitive tenders 

  • building business and market understanding 

  • supporting contract negotiations. 


To succeed in this role, you: 

  • have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain management, engineering, economics, law, or similar 

  • have an aptitude to approach and solve complex analytical problems using creative estimations and modelling 

  • have a high level of personal drive and a high learning ability 

  • have strong analytical skills, enabling you to handle a range of complex tasks 

  • have an international, collaborative mindset and the ability to engage with many different stakeholders.
