Sourcing manager

Join us in this role where you’ll manage the procurement and tender process from sourcing strategy to signed contract, as well as develop and maintain close relations to internal and external stakeholders. The tender processes will be project and region specific in the range from direct awards, framework call-offs, open tenders to EU-regulated tenders.

You’ll be part of Cable Sourcing where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver commercial impact by securing supply of cables to all our wind farms across the world. You’ll be part of an international environment with colleagues across Europe and stakeholders all over the world. You’ll work in a very dynamic environment with constantly changing needs, and you’ll source large key contracts from world leading suppliers.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • planning and leading the sourcing process from strategy to signing
  • preparing and conducting contract negotiations
  • handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a master’s degree in law, economics, business, or engineering
  • preferably have experience working with large scale procurement projects
  • preferably have experience within the offshore wind industry
  • have a systematic approach to your tasks and a positive mindset
  • have good IT skills in Excel and are used to manage large amounts of data and turn it into information.
